Participant LKMM PRA TD II FTEIC ITS

From Sept 26th until Oct 2nd, I participated in the LKMM Pra-TD II. A training event that held by BEM FTEIC ITS. This event was hybrid, with the first four days taking place online and the last day offline.

This training was thoroughly dedicated to enhancing and understanding each student’s capability on themselves and presents many topics related to self-management, including: FTEIC Insights, Perception, Thinking Errors, Active Listening & Effective Speaking, AKU (Ambition, Reality, Effort) & SRK (Goals, Risks, Consequences), Self-Introduction, Self- Development, and Personality and Organization. And the final day includes a simulation of the presented material. It is also simpler for participants to share their ideas on the offered material when the material is delivered in two directions (between presenters and participants).

The issue of perception was the most fascinating of all those that were presented. A point of view or opinion about an object is called a perception. Because everyone has a unique perception and there is no right or wrong perception, it is crucial for us to comprehend this idea of perception. Each person has a variety of perceptions that are influenced by a number of things, including life experience, information learned, education, and surroundings. In order to comprehend how others perceive things, we must avoid viewing things from a single perspective and refrain from blaming others for having different viewpoints.
